Our founder, Mélida Alfaro, brings more than 10 years of experience working directly with the Latino community. She knows firsthand the challenges and needs that our people face — not only because she has walked hand-in-hand with them, but because she has learned through her own entrepreneurial journey what it truly means to create change within your family, your business, and your community.
